Lisa Norris serves as the Managing Director since October 2023, overseeing the Municipal Airport, General Services (Fleet and Facilities), Human Resources, and Information Technology.
Lisa has worked for the City since 1996, starting as Human Resources Manager and became Human Resources Director in 2006. Lisa is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources since 2005 and has served on the Texas Municipal Human Resources Association Board for about 12 years, and on the Texas Municipal League Board of Directors since 2021.
She focuses on the growth and development of future leaders, and spear-headed development of the Grow Me Grand Leadership series with a group mentorship component.
